Queensbridge Square

12th of April, 2008

A traveling carousel visits Queensbridge Square at Southbank Promenade on the Yarra river.

Perspective is exaggerated due to an extremely wide-angle lens, which also takes in Eureka Tower in the background on the left, Freshwater Place at right, and the PriceWaterhouseCoopers building in the middle.

This is an HDR-like image, but was not made using HDR compositing software.  Instead it was manually blended from three exposures taken with 1-stop exposure bracketing in aperture priority mode.

EXIF data is from the middle exposure.

I know you want to live at Freshwater Place, but you really have to stop camping out there.

    Quiet you.

I go past that spot six or seven times a week.  It’s hard to avoid…
(if I could pitch a tent there, I would).
